Returns and Exchanges Request

We will gladly accept returns for unused products within 30 days of purchase or receipt. If it’s a gift and you’re not sure when it was purchased, don’t stress. Just reach out and let us know who purchased it for you and we can track down the order.

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. Returns made inside our standard service area will incur a $49 return shipping fee - for some smaller items a $19 return shipping fee will apply. Any applicable outbound shipping fees, such as white-glove service, are nonrefundable. Returns outside our standard service area are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee.

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional $50 per item repackaging fee. All large orders over $2000 and/or 10 units or more are excluded from flat rate returns and will be subject to additional restocking fees.

To process a return or exchange, please submit the request using the form above or email us at support@kneadfurniture.com and our customer service team will help you proceed. For returns, refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 1-2 weeks to reflect on your end.
